Not going to happen. Sorry would rather not face the facts of how court cases actually work.

That's just so precious of you, snowflake!

And you're not sorry. So why lie about it?

Oh, that's right, you're a lawyer. You can't help it....

I am sorry that this board has descended to continuously discussing false information over and over, so yes I am actually sorry.

Excuse me, gentlemen, but this side argument has kind of run its course.

I'd like to get back to making fun of the OP, if y'all don't mind.

Sweetie, I keep telling you, this is an anonymous message board. It ain't the Roman senate debating Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon.

Your level of self-importance is off the scale. Try un-puckering your anal orifice for just a few minutes. You might actually start to enjoy your life for once.....

I love you seem to think most attorney's money comes at the taxpayer's expense.
Depends on indirect impact of the subspecialty, right?

Certainly is the case with Personal Injury.

I know. My efforts are just not enough.

Let's be clear. My tone on this board differs dramatically from real life. As you said, this is an anonymous message board.

Especially in recent years PI is a falling portion of the legal market.

The actual driving force behind jobs in the legal industry is almost always M&A activity. The rest is hodge-podge small practitioner stuff. Often criminal law related.

Until the plaintiff's bar finds their next asbestos, PI is in a tough spot. The market is basically controlled by a select few at the top.

The premise had nothing whatsoever with the number of PIA's or their profitability. It had to do with their impact on taxpayers. That impact remains huge.

The number of PIAs is a response to the lack of cases out there. The lack of cases reduces the impact to the tax payer.
