What will it take for this country to crumble?

Let me preface this by admitting that I am a white male, mid-sixties in age, a Marine vet who served in war time, and worked in, and retired from law enforcement. I realize that I am despised by half this country.
I watch the news nowadays and see America's youth, both black and white, conducting violent protests that lead to full scale rioting. They openly encourage these actions and the MSM gives them their platform to reach others. I see no difference between these groups and ISIS trying to recruit on social media. This crap scares me to death, even after Nam. The difference between, then and now, is that this mayhem is occurring in my country.
I am a firm believer in the 1st amendment, I fought for us to have that right. However, when I see the left take that given right to extremes, and actually try and shut down counter opinions to their's, a chill runs up my spine. How long until these actions boil over and actual civil unrest occurs?
When this happens, and it will, what needs to be done, and by whom? At this rate, unchecked, it will. The only thing that's not clear is what event will it take for the dam to break and chaos ensue?

Actually, we are now safe. Once, MAGA is in full swing and people get back to working and living the American dream, civil unrest will die down.

The protests in the sixties had a central point...the war. Their protest generally were not as violent.
Today the protests are against every facet of the American way and against law enforcement, government, color, religion, and whatever they believe to be against their beliefs.

- Might as well watch David Blaine...he sort of pretends to be doing "magic" when it's just TV edited bullshite like mainstream media.
You are watching a TV production...nothing more.
There is almost ZERO organic protesting in America...and that Women's march turned out to be about a carefully planned a year in advance pure Planned Parenthood march that they turned into Trump march.

There were, but the world has become a smaller place. There's no insulation anymore. The internet and 24hr news channels keep everyone hyper stimulated with inflammatory rhetoric and there's no escaping it.
Myself for example, I'm laying in bed thinking about fishing so I go check out the OB. Slow night on the OB, so I click the poli board. Ten minutes later and I've forgotten about fishing and all I can think about is messicans and melting snowflakes and I'm thinking about gettin out of bed and kickin my dog in the arse because someone mentioned Rex a couple threads back.
If everyone would just unplug a little more often we'd probably be alright, but that ain't happening and we're all fricked.

And while some may be paid protesters, I think most are just attention-seeking and trying to feel self-important. Once their act becomes less novel, they'll find a new way to seek attention.
