According to this short clip, not the winged beings that we expected.

Some dude hallucinated (or just made some shite up) several thousand years ago and you want to speculate on that hallucination today?

Sounds reasonable.

I never expected it because they were never described that way in scripture. They were messengers who had many human like features and human names.

Cherubim are protectors or gatekeepers to holy places and had wings as well as other beastly characteristics. They were gatekeepers to the Garden after Adam and Eve were removed and symbolic gatekeepers to the Temple, and are still gatekeepers to God’s Holy presence in his realm.

Angels don't have wiggles and bits.

But the Arch Angels are bad asses, especially Michael.

He was a prophet and visions were very common with old testament prophets.

There are things that must be experienced first hand as opposed to being conceptually realized. The feeling of Love at the fore. A person could attempt to describe the color ‘red’ to someone who had only experienced seeing the colors blue and yellow, and it would be impossible for the latter to imagine red. If we exist in a Spiritual Universe then all that springs from that Energy Base will be spiritual. Subjective ’Vision’ then becomes the rule and ultimately, ‘perception becomes reality’. The God Vision is soon coming, in my opinion. For the masses and not just the Apostles, for this, the second time. We’ll find out pretty quick as this particular cultural paradigm vision is sinking fast. Lord have mercy on them who love.
