In my area we have a problem with feral cats. The city tells us not to feed them and gives us cages to trap them. When we catch one we call the city and they come pick it up and spay or neuter them. Maybe we should get some bigger cages and implement something similar?

Numbers game.
When I was in college my friends and I used to beg at busy intersections.
Our signs read... Money for beer!
After about 4 hours we usually had both rent money and beer money for the month.
