A Republican President, Senate and House and what was supposed to happen by now (but hasn't) would make you cynical.

lol dude. We have a ton of power and weld it like we are in a super minority. These guys are beyond useless or just conartists.
I know some are con artists but I just didn't realize how many.

Maybe because they follow a political ideology, instead of just being cheerleaders for a specific party. If anything, it should make people respect them more.

Actually, they don't. They claim to be conservative but are everything but. Their only ideology is serving large corporate interests.
