The only correct answer to the OP is "near zero".

Sorry.

Can you elaborate your logic for us?

Military would be easier I think. Those in the military have absolutely no choice in where they go or what they do- all have to follow the orders given.
There is a political reality to how the force is managed that you're not familiar with (apparently). Do you think the president is randomly going to deploy 60,000 intel weenies who are not trigger pullers to Mosul just because some online trolls would get a kick out of that?

Navy already did. You didn't like the answer. It was correct.

Mosul was an example. It wouldn't be that hard to imagine life being very unpleasant for those found to be distributing information detrimental to the president, especially given new leadership.

You really think they could continue to pull these sorts of stunts when Trump is in office?

So you think Trump as CiC of his armed forces can't decide the fate of members of the military that cross him?

Leaking classified or privileged information is currently punishable under the UCMJ as well as a multitude of federal regulations. It has been for as long as we've had classified information. Attributing leaks is where things get tricky. People whose primary power is derived from the collection, handling, manipulation, and dissemination of information are often pretty adept at not getting caught.

He won't simply be able to re-designate or re-classify them to be window washers. The chiefs he appoints will have a lot of power to shape how their organizations are run, but they can't simply purge them of the knowledge resident in the workforce. We need that knowledge. Language skills and regional and topical subject matter expertise don't develop overnight. And the Cold War fossils hanging around some of these agencies aren't going anywhere. They survive from administration to administration because they know how to dodge bullets.

Fine,

Trump should announce the formation of a new intelligence department. Our "best and brightest" (AKA people who dont hold his views and would subvert his policies at every turn) and station them there. Send them all there with the mission to do their jobs and file reports of their findings. And throw the reports in the trash.

And this new department will be located in Barrow Alaska.
