Bc this is the first administration since Reagan that is trying to work for the people, not the Washington Machine.

Mooch said he was going to fire every intern.
And how was he going to do that unless they were in the communications department?

Safe to say Mooch had a plan.
Yes. Say stupid stuff and get let go in less than 2 weeks. Great plan
quote:

Kelly does not.
How do you know? Because he hasn't made a stupid spectacle of his plans? Besides I don't know why you're even comparing the two since Scaramucci didn't have the actual authority to do much.

Kelly is in over his head.
But the person who couldn't keep his job for 2 weeks wasn't in over his head?

Trump is "for the people" in the same way TV personal injury attorneys are advocating for fairness and justice.

I'm curious to know what crime you think was committed here. A speech to a bunch of interns was classified? Don't be fricking stupid.

Why do Trumpkins think leaking non-classified information is a crime? Are they like Scaramucci who was so clueless he thought leaking a publicly available document was a crime?

It's entirely correct. But sure, tell me about how a crony capitalist who puts his name on tall buildings and decided 3 years ago to become a populist nationalist to run for President is doing it for us.

Or they know what he wants to do and they've decided it's not in the swamp's best interest to MAGA.

Why can't he fill his WH with MAGA-centric people?

The huge difference is that the Obama-friendly media wasnt salivating to put leaked information on primetime news.

I agree with that.

But, I also think the Obama WH had a lot more true believers in what the administration wanted to accomplish. I imagine plenty in Trump's WH have no idea what Trump wants to accomplish.

I caveat that point about Obama to say that I also expect a bunch of Obama staffers lost faith in the administration in the latter years.

I agree with all of this. I would add, that even DJT did not really expect to win, and if he did, he had to spend 100% energy on electioneering and 0% on building his political team. Therefore when he did win he had to populate his admin with people less loyal, and/or less used to the way things work. Grabbing people off the street then immersing them in a shite show is not the way to ensure leak-proof anything.

Also, I'm assuming that several of the people still in the admin consider themselves dead-men-walking, or just want to do as much damage then return to their Democratic colleagues.

These last people are un-American bitches, traitorous scum, same as the radical right would be.

Simple. Hire political animals to staff a political apparatus, to further political aims and you are all pulling in the same direction.

Hire non-political animals to staff a political apparatus, to dismantle political structure and you end up with dysfunction until people learn their jobs.

It really is not rocket science, nor is it the great slam against DJT that I assume you think it is.

Well Kelly is the highest ranking official in the White House. So how can you argue that his unwillingness to report to a superior somehow makes his decision "willing?"
