i was a democrate up until about 2 years ago and i never thought any of these guys where anything other than leftest solicist..not american democrate ideological heros

Yes, in these latter days of US History, the Democrat Party of JFK and Hubert Humphrey has been pushed quite a bit to the left.
Ideology trumps all, and, as long as this Davis character remains ideologically pure, she could very well have a great future as a Democrat politician.
She should try to position herself as a sort of "Hillary with Sex Appeal" figure. That might be the ticket for her.
