Joe was correct initially.
The new modern world is insane.
I remember the mantra growing up was sticks and stones can break my bones but names can never hurt me.

And this is the CORRECT ADULT thing to do. anything else is childish and suggests that the word is magical, and the mere utterance of those letters said out loud by a person causes harm.
