The Fed Ex guy was not charged because he was putting out an illegal fire that was set in a prohibited place without a permit.

Fed Ex guy just gave Fed Ex major free positive PR. The Fed Ex guy is also a Veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Why do they try to hide their faces if they're so proud of their actions? I mean, I don't like Trump, but I'm not going to burn the flag and cry about oppression because of it.

If I were upset enough to take action, I'd be man enough to not hide my face.

Props to the two guys who were taking a stand against them though.

The protestors were clearly within their constitutional rights so some goon can come up and steal their flag and assault them?

Don't ever complain again about "violent" protestors.

If that flag was the property of the protesters, then that Fed Ex driver should be arrested.

Only if they were on private property and were conducting the fire in a controlled manner. Then you're right, it would have been illegal.

The FedEx guy pushes a protester away who was trying to pull the flag out of his hands. It happens near the end of the video as the FedEx guy is trying to go back towards his truck.

Not much of an assault, but.....

Technically, that's battery. Assault is threatening to do bodily harm. Battery is actually carrying out said threat.

Let me be more specific. He went into their group took property from them. Likely their own property.

Yep. It's okay when they agree with the reasons for someone doing this.

Well, technically, a simple assault/simple battery is any unwanted touching. Pretty much, anyone in a crowd can claim it
