Indeed. Politicians are nearly unanimously guilty of it.

Fair enough, certainly a valid expectation.

Well, when he pretty much says that he's going to piss all over the First Amendment and take away people's right to criticize their country and government, then yeah, you should probably at least somewhat take his word for it and be concerned.

Indeed. At what point are we supposed to start "taking his word for it" vs lolz at the spicy tweets

Yet Hillary actually co-sponsored a bill outlawing flag burning. LINK /

That obviously makes Trump's position so much better.

So is he now justified because Hillary tried to do it?

You realize it's possible to hate Hillary and also expect/hope for better from Trump right?

Sure doesn't. I disagree with Trumps position. Just funny the snowflakes are up in arms when queen Hillary was the leader of this movement.

It's the feaux outrage of the Hillary supporter I am pointing out. Trump is wrong in saying flag burning should be illegal. As disgusting as I think it is it is a clear and well settled first amendment right. I just enjoy the hypocrisy of the Hillary supporter all of a sudden being up in arms. CNN msnbc are at the front of the line.

Well, he did say that he would be the next president of the US a few months back, so there's one little bitty thing you can believe.

I don't mind people evolving on issues. Devolving is a different story.

It's amazing to me that waPo went and looked for this. They didn't even bother to fact check Hillary, much less call out her lies. Now, suddenly, we have paparazzi hiding in bushes photographing KAC sunbathing.

Absolutely appalling behavior by the media.

I didn't fricking vote for Hillary though. She alongside Trump was totally unacceptable for the job.

Your argument may as well be that we elected a mass murderer like Stalin into office, but since Hitler also killed millions that makes it not that big of a deal. Neither are remotely justified trying to imprison people for flag burning.

It is a totally victimless crime that only a fascist would support imprisoning people for; in another words, making burning the flag illegal destroys everything it stands for far more than the person who burnt it.

So he attacked the first amendment purely to troll? So presidential of him. I don't consider that "winning" since we all lose

They have no problem criticizing him. That's obvious.

I'm just wondering where the criticism was Hillary. They've gone back and scrutinized every audio byte they could find on Trump. Hillary has a 30 year career of flip flopping on Iraq, gay marriage, etc..... and nothing. Don't you find that odd?
