I saw earlier poster referencing watching Virginia. Just read where if local law dont enforce gun laws, governor might activate the National Guard to do so. If they are that stupid, and try it, I believe IT WILL BE ON. Only thing keeping them from it is fear and common sense right now.

One of my sons has a CCW and lives (for now) in shitstain Fairfax County, the den of liberal cockroach infestation, before he buys his first home further South where there are still REAL American Virginians. I have another son, more of a country mouse, who lives closer to Fredericksburg, and is more well armed than most National Guard Armories.
If pissant communist piece of shitstain scum frick governor blackface tries anything, there WILL be blood.
If Shitstain Blackface tries to use the National Guard, it's not possible. They have no power to be actually armed with bullets to try to forcibly take guns from responsible lawful armed citizens. It will not happen. If it is attempted, Richmond will burn again, but this time for a different reason.

National Guardsmen are absolutely allowed to have bullets in their weapons. If a Governor activates the guard they can essentially be used like state police. As an example Operation Crescent Guard in New Orleans post Katrina. Federal troops on the other hand may not have bullets off base while CONUS.
