You need to pull in your horns on this one. Kelly got it wrong. Not only with the wording but with the insinuation.
I watched the whole video and Kelly mischatacterized it badly. It was a good effort on her part.
Good people can make mistakes and bad people are not always evil. This is an example of both.
I will side with Kelly every time but I won’t fail to admit when he is wrong.

I watched it on my iPhone and it was having much difficulty maintaining a good connection - It was listed as 9 minutes long and probably took me 15 minutes to make it thru the whole thing. If it was edited it escaped me.
From what I saw she spent more time discussing the fallen agents than she did discussing the naming of the building. And I didn't think her discussion of her role (if true) was out of bounds. I would defy you to find any politician who would not have outlined that sequence of events.
I still think Kelly was wrong in his characterization. It is not unforgivable, but he is strong enough that we don't need to deceive ourselves about what happened.
Kelly is a good man - he is not perfect - I am satisfied with that.

Dude. It was about the ribbon cutting. Moving the ribbon cutting, naming and ceremony up from four weeks to much closer. Absolutely nothing about funding or approval of funding. Nothing. Nada, zilch.
