The 1963 Congressional record warned us. Next step will be to proclaim the USA constitution old, outdated, and not inline with the needs of the people.

Or they could, you know, find a school to attend that wasn't founded by Thomas Jefferson and let someone who wants to be at a prestigious university have their spot.

Jefferson is referred to as Mr. Jefferson on grounds, and the University is Mr. Jeffersons, still.
The man is still the schools patron saint, and guiding light. The idea of removing him, would be pretty unthinkable.

Maybe a compromise could be reached by installing a sculpture of George Jefferson.
