As someone on the management side and deals with UEW all the time, the publishing of names is a violation, and a NLRB action away from the union getting kicked in the junk and possibly being decertified.

Lol at the idiots of this local...

It might be a serious violation but do you really think this administration will follow the law?

I've got an answer to that question and it rhymes with so.

Yes, the NLRB under Obama will swing heavily the sword of justice upon this union.

I am guessing that 80% of the Union haters in this thread have zero personal experience with a single one.

The existence of unions is one of the things that kept this country from going communist in the early 1900s.

Most unions are just there and don't matter much. The ones that are terrible all became that way with the help of management. Also the threat of unions is very good for workers. Hourly workers feel free to dispute this.

The unions had their time and place in this country. They did a lot of positives that brought a lot of corrections to the business practices that was needed.

But, with all the regulations we have in place, whether salaries, work hours, etc the unions are a detriment to this country moving forward.

The unions make money by participation, and these closed shops are ridiculous.

Most Americans have experience with Unions when they pay a higher cost for goods and services.

The threat of unions is horrible for businesses and job growth. If unions were so great they wouldn't be fighting so hard to make it mandatory for their dues to be taken out of the members paycheck.

How many jobs have unions created? None

100% in agreement. Unions were a good thing once upon a time. They were about giving the worker a piece of the pie, so to speak. Now, it's about getting seconds, without half of the work product the non-union worker puts in.
