Good post. I completely agree with you about the pervasiveness of executive orders and what’s likely to come with this this one in particular. I just hate that our system is so broken that we have to resort to this. In a well functioning system this would go through the legislature, but now The Supreme Court Makes most of our laws.

There isn't a problem with 14A in essence. The issues lies within what has been historically an unconstitutional interpretation of the last 40 years, thanks to liberal activists on the courts who have a soft spot for anchor babies and illegals who seek to breed like vermin in the shadows the moment they get here.

There are ashitload of very wealthy Asians and people from the Middle East that come here to give birth so the child can be a US citizen, Not to mention a shitload of illegal aliens, Long overdue move to take out this ridiculous loophole

No, a law cannot violate the 14th Amendment either.
The 14th A is as clear and direct as it gets. If you are born here then you are a citizen, period.
Nothing short of an Amendment to the 14th A will change that.
