The state department is full of smug/arrogant ideologues that has a never ending erection to force western values down 3rd world shitholes throats and an instaiable appetite for nation building.

Until the state department gets back to a place where they seek commerce with all and alliance with none, I'm for cutting their funding.

Contract mods are quite common.

Contract mods that modify the contract to essentially nullify an ongoing audit--that's the only one I've seen in nearly 30 years.

Blah blah fricking blah. We can't replace diplomacy and commercial engagement with a rifle and hooah in every situation that might arise.

Theres a lot of overlap an most State employees are incapable or unwilling to see that to the detriment of our foreign policy goals.
