I answered the question, it happened in the last president but its the same gov't that has been doing it for years due to its relationship with the MIC. Trump has shown he isn't against the MIC either, its a mess.

Except we still have troops stationed there that need that defense. If NK attacks we still go to war regardless. We don't really hold the cards in this one due to the tension and aggressive rouge state in the region.

At least Trump is trying to get these countries to see the light. It seems that he's listening to voters because more and more appear to want to stop doing this stuff for free.
