How many rules did Obama create?

it's horrifying to think that the precious little Petunias are going have to piss in the Men's head

I've read a few articles on this and honestly I think this ruling comes down to Sessions more than Trump. Sessions was the one that backed the wolves off at the State department on the court case and he's the one that set in motion the events that are transpiring. If anyone else other than Sessions has been involved, I've also heard Pence's name thrown around as having meeting with Sessions about this as well - Trump has been pretty hands off on this one. (I do not believe Sessions did all of this without Trumps permission mind you, I just think Trump is letting Sessions be the AG... something I can not say the same thing about for Obama)

Well, I am assuming the "issue" will be left up to the individual States to determine the policy for addressing the perceived "issue" within their own respective jurisdictions... Which, I believe was how it was intended when this country actually started...
I read an article somewhere that said "California Defies Trump"... laughable...

I never understood this rule. Nothing prevents some guy dressed up as a woman going into the woman's bathroom, closing the stall, whipping shim's cock out and taking a leak.

Are the NBA and the NFL going to threaten to leave the United States?

Session is probably the most influential member of the Cabinet. He has set the philosophy and agenda with Trump before Trump even formally announced.

I honestly didn't give a frick about the transgender topic when Obama did the law, thought it was pointless. I also still maintain that position, silly law that impacts less than 2% of USAs population and also a silly rollback of a law that still impacts less than 2% of USAs population.
I give 0 fricks either ways.
I give 0 fricks either ways.

I'm all for state's rights on this topic but it's just getting a little hairier to keep up with. Different states with different gun laws, different pot laws, different bathroom laws, etc. Will need a briefcase to carry with you on vacation in the future it appears just to keep up.

I just don't understand why they keep throwing red meat to the loons on trivial shite like this. With all the shite we have to deal with In the grand scheme of things, this is utterly irrelevant.
I'd venture to say I've peed in the more than the average number of public bathrooms in my life, and not once ever has a shemale peed next to me. I've never seen a transmale walk into a men's bathroom either.
I read what they did and the state's rights argument, and while I agree with that on principle, this would have been item# 1,000,000 on my "things to do list".
It just riles up the hen house for no reason, and fires up the democratic base to show up for mid term elections. Let it lie. Be smart.

Nope. This is how the right loses on all these social issues by keeping their mouths shut until after the fact.

They probably have and you just didn't know. Which is where I sit on this topic. If they aren't trying to do anything weird, who the frick cares?

The right loses on social issues because inevitably the march of time carries a majority of the populace away from their viewpoint. Gay marriage is a lost cause because >50% of Americans support it. It's why in the next decade they're going to lose the war against marijuana and possibly other substances. It's why they lost battles over sex toys, pornography, alcohol, creationism in schools, etc. over the last century. Too many people simply disagree with them. Ultimately after a long enough period of time, the social conservatives accept it and move on.
That's why the right hasn't "lost" the transgender war, because a majority of people are still uncomfortable with it on some level.
I really don't give a shite either way, I don't care who is pissing in the stall next to me, my wife or my kids.

Trump's view of social issues is not completely in line with the Evangelistic Wing of the GOP, IMHO, so I agree with you.
IMHO, this does not signal a massive reversal of "gay marriage" developments and other such developments. POTUS Trump is not in favor of such reversals.
BUT, this "bathroom issue" was another "poisoned pill" placed by Obama to trip up Trump. Trump's Admin reverses the Obama rule and this is supposed to be another issue to fuel the Soros Army of Rioters.
I hope the Soros Army makes this a key issue. It will hurt their cause if they do so.
