It was an insurrection started by the feds imbedded in the crowd. We know about Ray Epps, we don’t know about the hundreds of others that were there. There’s a reason why Pelosi told Trump No whenever he asked for additional reinforcements and it’s because they were in on it obviously.

Yes. I guess I am used to dealing with other lawyers and understanding how they and courts think.
They can say now that, by Trump's own words, it WAS an insurrection.
So that is the starting position. Its now about involvement, who started it etc.
A bunch of lawyers, many of them very right wing, and supportive of Trump, are having a cow about this. Maybe yall should stop and think for a second.

I also do not think its a big deal, but there are a lot of lawyers right now online that are Crim Lawyers that are having a field day.
