In a fair trial, the judge and prosecutor would be arrested for this ugly and stupid abuse of the legal system.

That's a sick burn and all, but I think the location of that building, on 5th avenue in mid-town Manhattan is probably why it's worth what it is. I think if you took Trump's name off of it, the value doesn't change much. Serious question: what exactly does Trump's name on Trump tower add to the value of the building?
