The amount of deflections around here is astoundingly funny. My personal favorite is how anything that doesn't fit the Trumpkins narritive is fake news. This entire story was fake news...until it wasn't. Y'all need to decide are the leaks true or not. Apparently they are based on what has transpired the last 24-48 hours or so.
All the Trumpkins sound like a kindergartener at recesses blaming his shortcoming on someone else or that it didn't actually happen (fake news) rather than just nutting up and placing blame where it's due.

I think a good uestion is why the Obama administration was using the intelligence community to spy on the incoming administration but so they could leak things in an effort to damage Trump. I mean, there's nothing wrong with Flynn discussing sanctions with Russia. The problem is he got caught lying about it.

It's a little more delicate than firing someone from a corporation. Maybe they were trying to figure out the extent of his leaks to the Russians? Maybe it was a national security reason?
