You guys run around screaming why did we get out of the agreement, then when we tell you, you say, it wasn't binding! We didn't have to comply with it.

Trump had a reason (even though it was a bad one) to go after McCain. McCain is a republican who doesn't blindly support everything the Presidents says or does.
Trump's attack on the London Mayor came our of nowhere and is completely pointless. He took the Mayor's words out on context and then got criticized for it. Now, in typical Trump fashion, he doubles down on stupid and keeps attacking.

The LibDems, Plaid, the SNP, and Greens have all called for Trump's invitation to visit the UK to be withdrawn. I'm sure Labour and the other minor parties will jump on that too.
