Trump is going to change the face of the federal bureaucracy.

With the lifelong bureaucrats resigning in mass, who do you think is going to fill these positions. We're going to end up with a younger, more conservative group running the day-to-day in D.C. and they will survive past this administration. Sure, they will still be ordered to do things by the next liberal POTUS but they don't have to carry them out with zeal. And the next R to get elected will have a much more welcoming group to lead.

The liberal ideologues will leave in droves because they have no mental toughness. Then replaced by decent hardworking non-SJWs.

We will hopefully have a more diverse federal workforce with more female, hispanic, African-American and LGBT citizens represented.

Get out of the bubble and vist the IRS, Social Security , TSA.
Federal agencies, in my personal expeirence with them, are very diverse.
