What about the plan where everybody gets a fricking job and pays for their own insurance? Assuming they want it.. Leave the government out of it all together. That’s the best plan

But.... people might be stuck in a job they don't like, and can't be free to explore other options such as painting or writing a book or just chilling out and traveling for a period of time because they might not be able to afford health insurance if they have to pay for it out of pocket, instead of through their employer. We have to think of them.
