It was the obama administration that made "saved jobs" an unofficial official statistic that was duly reported with much fanfare on the news.

Both sides need to stop it....Jimmy Carter tried to honest...he told the American people that their expectations should be tempered....and we would have none of it....now we are all in debt to our ears and can't be happy unless we own about 3x more house than we need and drive a $50k pick up......meanwhile Carter's predictions have come true....wages have stagnated for 30+ years and the only way for most Americans to live the American dream is to finance it and hope for the best.....
