I liked the speech, but he should have said he would push for the US to withhold ALL MONIES until the other nations paid their agreed upon amounts.
The dumbasses in that picture dont realize that they need the US in NATO to protect them.
The US does not need any of them for any reason. They are ALMOST as worthless as the UN.

Really liked that speech. Glad to see him own up to that campaign promise, especially in that setting.
Sort of thought he was about to pull a Joe Clark and turn around to tell them they are all deadbeats who are now expelled.
