I don't want the POTUS to go after political opponents for any reason; however, I don't the POTUS handicapping the DOJ or the FBI from doing their jobs.

at this point, what difference does it make? We won the battle. Let the new Attorney General investigate the Clinton Foundation. Let Hillary slide on the emails. Wiki served its purpose.

Patience

This, times 1000.

TL;DR President Elect Trump needs to lead now, and lead later.

Now is forming a cabinet and taking office. Now is shaking hands come January, and assuring the US of a peaceful, constitutional, transfer of power.

Now is the time to assure people he (and his cabinet) mean business about getting the US back on track. Now is assuring Americans he will be a president for all Americans, not just those who like him.

Soon:

Soon he will need to appease his base (myself included) by eliminating executive orders. Soon he will need to appoint a competent and conservative cabinet.

Soon he will need to establish leadership, stateside and world-wide. Soon he will need to lobby congress, soon he will have the power of veto. Soon he will have a GOP House, AND a GOP Senate. The "soon" is his to lose.

Now is not the time for calling for Clinton's head. We have much, much bigger fish to fry.

Although, maybe his new AG his some time on his/her hands?

He's going to focus on unifying the country as much as possible. But he's also going to let the FBI & DOJ do its job. E 2nd has nothing to do with Trump, as it should be.

When did this propaganda from the left become legitimate? Nobody voted for this guy for some kumbaya bullshite. He was supported by tens of millions to rip the shite down from the inside. "keeping the country unified" is a meaningless phrase and a hopeless LOE. The left and their rabid adherents are not going to join hands and sing with the right if trump actually follows through with 1/10th of the shite he promised to do. It will be war for 4 fricking years. He should be smart enough to see that and act preemptively.

Not in the 100 day plan. Possibly just to scare hilldog at debate. Not high on most peoples list. I'd leave it up to others. Tons of other stuff to do first.

Trump has em' by the yeh-yehs; that will guarantee that they will stay out of his way. It is better to stack the Courts, lock down the Border and settle the Immigration issue, institute Tax Reform and get a serious Infrastructure program going.

There is no hurry. The Congress is going to do their business, and at some point a Grand Jury can come into the mix. There is a ton of CRIMINALLY COMPLICT Obama/Hillary operatives who are going to have to come clean. The dominoes will begin to fall with them. Weiner/Huma front and center.

I thought I told you already about the plan.

Trump would be a fool to announce all of his attack plans to his political enemies. Until he takes office, he needs to speak only in general terms about reconciliation, compromise, inclusiveness; he should talk about having an administration that "reflects the diversity of America"; he should speak of "leaving the past, in the past" and he should say "we begin this journey together letting by-gones be by-gones and we have no time for anything that might be seen as vindictiveness".

On and on and on with all of this language that the Left loves to hear.

If Obama still completely Pardons Hillary in this environment, then both Obama and Hillary will look as guilty as Hell (which we know they are).

THEN, ONCE TRUMP TAKES OFFICE: unleash the hounds; strike like lighting, full investigations into Obama and Hillary. If the evidence warrants, prosecute.

If anybody says: "But President Trump, you promised not to prosecute Hillary!" Trump can say, " At the time I said that, I had no idea of just how egregiously our laws have been broken. I cannot in good conscience allow Justice to be ignored, so, the process of Justice must and will now proceed."

Trump needs to play it smart, and you're not being smart if you're blabbering to the press about all of your plans and intentions.

LOL. Trump isn't going to be in a fricking courtroom dude. Put some prosecutors on that shite and start rescinding memos and EOs.

Can this mother fricker walk and chew gum? Holy shite you guys are out of fricking control.

Trump has to walk a fine line on the going after Hillary stuff. He honestly just needs to let the Justice Department and FBI do their jobs, and if they need to take action, they can take action.

Going after Hillary does not need to be some big goal that he hopes to accomplish, as many other things far exceed that in importance. It also is not a good start politically, and is a political issue that you don't want your name closely tied to.

Trump sending Hillary to prison would be like a punishment, but Trump beating Hillary in the presidential election like he did is like killing her. It's hard to punish someone who feels dead inside.
