Krystal Ball on MSNBC is alright, but it's hard to think of any ringers on that network.
As for FOX News:
1. Joanne Nosuchinsky (the new Red Eye girl)
2. Kimberly Guilfoyle
3. Pretty much everyone else (all the FOX News women are 7s, 8s, 9s and even 9.5s, but IMO, Nosuchinsky and Guilfoyle are the 10s)
