Not whenever a court system who's job is to interpret the laws decides it's gonna start ruling off of feelings and political views.

He has the power to prevent visas from being issued and to stop refugees from coming here. He doesn't have the right to round up everyone already here or prevent legally obtained access. He can't change the laws he need Congress for that.

Yes some of them do. Some think we deserve it while others see it as an opportunity to further degrade any optimism regarding Trump. It's evidenced by the terror they perpetrate in the riots for any individual who doesn't agree with.
