But I don’t have any extra money thanks to inflation. I have heard this from so many people. Happy about their salary raises but spending over a hundred dollars after every trip to Home Depot, grocery store, etc….

Thanks Joe Biden for this crappy economy.

The more you make, the more they take, plus they deny you the benefits, opportunities and tax breaks that others receive.

This is called wealth redistribution.

I’m making about 20% more now than I was two years ago. I was able to live comfortably then and set aside some good savings.

I’m just about tapped out now. It’s starting to get horribly depressing. I work just for the government to rob me, either through taxation or inflation.

The rest of this decade is going to be families sitting around the table figuring what luxury they currently have but have to get rid of: Netflix, eating out, travel ball, having the AC set on 72 degrees, eating meat most meals etc…

Bacon was $15 a package at Publix last night. I refused to pay it, as much as I love bacon.

Same... wife and I are pulling in 30% more than we were at this time in 2020 and it feels about the same. It's ridiculous

My wife (no pics) went back to work in 2020, yet I had more money in 2020 on a single income than I have now with two. We both have also gotten roughly 15% total in raises in that time.

Bacon is one area where “just buy the cheap brand” just doesn’t cut it.

I can’t imagine how people at the bottom end of the income are making it. It’s ridiculous out there.

Same. Our raises do not cover inflation.

In 2019 we were pretty comfy and I had it all planned out to have everything paid for in 10 years and retire with two new paid for vehicles.
Then shithead Joe and my wife's cancer diagnosis rolled in and fricked everything up. She's losing the cancer battle, had to go part time and waiting for disability to kick in.
Volunteering for overtime isn't quite making up the difference...

Just remember: Every economic decision this administration makes is designed to reduce the purchasing power of likely Republican voters.

Try owning a business

Everything is more expensive

Meaning every margin is tighter

Freaking sucks

And the outcome of you pay more for everything in the Biden economy is the Feds raising interest rates

Same here. Our combined raises were almost 20,000, and we go in the hole every month. Thanks Biden.
