There was a FISA warrant...

I love how in one breath the left claims that Trump was caught on wiretaps with a Russian connection, then the next claiming there was no wiretapping.
Also, are you suggesting the DNI is now divulging classified information from the existence (or lack thereof) of a secret warrant?

See here's the problem. Either the Democrats admit they wiretapped Trump and his team with a FISA warrant during a presidential campaign, or they illegally did it without one.
How can they claim they have intercepted conversations that never took place?

Intercepted conversations were to a person already being tapped (Russian Officials), the FISA warrant was for a server not a wire tap of Trump tower phones.
How do Trumpkins explain the Trump Campaign being in close contact with the Russians to the point of justifying a FISA warrant for said server by Judges appointed by a Republican Supreme Court Justice?

From what I've read, and again it's been sourced through anonymous sources, is that Kislyak is suspected of being s spy recruit for Russia. Thus, his communications are routinely intercepted by IC officials. If true, it's possible they were recorded through that manner.
As I understand the FISA warrant only applied to a server in Trump Tower, and related to transactions between it and a known Russian server. It would NOT have allowed anyone to monitor phone calls within Trump Tower, unless there was a separate FISA that has not been leaked.
I'm dubious of a lot of this stuff, but that's at least my understanding of the key issues.
