Soltzhenitsen did not write or say this. Furthermore, were one to infer that he did so about experience under Russian Communist totalitarianism, where is the evidence that the Men who wanted to be left Alone did anything but cower like slaves for most of the 20 th century? The fall of the Soviet state was not the result of the actions of the Men who wanted to be left alone, but the economic, moral, and military power of the United States coupled with the Russian leadership’s appreciation of the failure of their system.

Thank God for the 2nd Amendment. If our Progs ever got that kind of power, dissenters would literally be in camps and worst. Bill Ayres, Weather Underground, were recorded saying that after their Socialist Revolution up to 25%, I think, of Americans would need to be exterminated as they could not be retrained to accept Socialism.

Pol Pot murdered approximately 25% of the Cambodian population from 1975-1979. Marxists have a history of mass murder.

And these men will post and troll vigorously on social media with an unholy anger from their studies and basements that cannot be fathomed by the other basement dwellers!

Hell, the dude has basically been blackballed out of Hollyweird for about the last 25 or 30 years and he has still done great work both as an actor and a director. Dude is based and MAGA to the max, even if he's an Aussie.
Didn’t Mel Gibson make an entire movie based off that quote

They didn’t have guns. Afghanis did, if you’re looking for an example. So did the VC.

I like this thread. It says a lot about what it means to be a man.

Yep, and then they get fed up with it all and decide enough is enough.
Going to be glorious.

Fascinating thread.
Here’s The New York Times obituary (2008) of a Russian who hated Communists……. less than a generation ago, mind you……..
Solzhenitsyn, Literary Giant Who Defied Soviets, Dies at 89

We had better not be. This garbage needs to be stomped flat and discarded forever, and a warning given to all who would try to resurrect it.

So you admit there was no insurrection and we can put that mess to bed.

"I've passed the point of no return. Do you know what that is, Beth? That's the point in a journey where it's more difficult to go back to the beginning. It's like when those astronauts got in trouble. I don't know, somebody messed up, and they had to get them back to Earth. But they had passed the point of no return. They were on the other side of the moon and were out of contact for like hours. Everybody waited to see if a bunch of dead guys in a can would pop out the other side. Well, that's me. I'm on the other side of the moon now and everybody is going to have to wait until I pop out." - Bill Foster

Is this even a real quote from anyone?
Every source I've found says author unknown. Was not able to attribute it toquote:
Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn.
Correct. They can't tie it to him that I e been able to see.
Still a great quote.
