They won't do it, but it's time for SCOTUS to make an announcement about the judiciary in this nation and to lay waste to the political persecution that is taking place. This is in the opposite direction of how our branches were set up to operate.

I've never thought about it much, but how are gag orders constitutional? It seems like a blatant violation of the 1st Amendment?
