The abortion issue is one the Republican side needs to drop yesterday. It is and always will be a losing issue for them, regardless of what this retarded arse board wants to believe. IVF is something near and dear to many hearts on the right. Take that away from them and all those women who are already so emotional about not being able to conceive a baby will either not vote or vote for the democrat option in honor of their future unborn baby. A parent will do ANYTHING for their children — voting for a democrat who who is going to work for her right to conceive her baby any way she can is going to be one of those things.

I’m not appealing to emotions. I’m pointing out that there’s no inherent issue with IVF and pro life belief in life beginning at conception.

IVF road leads to genetic selection and gender selection. Soon you’ll be able to cherry pick eye color, gender, body type, etc. basically mail order baby. Discard if something goes wrong. Think about 2 gay guys paying a surrogate mom to carry their “perfect” baby. 20 weeks in and they find out his heart might have a defect that will cause complications. They force the surrogate mom to abort. You good with that? That’s what is coming.
And everyone that said IVF was ok will be up in arms and shocked. How could have happened?? While they sat on their hands. The same people funding IVF are the same ones researching the other.
Simple minded people don’t want to play out the entire thought but you have to think it through to its conclusion.

What about the dozen or so other embryos they make and freeze at the same time? Are those just medical waste? They won’t let you make just one at a time (which should be the pro-life stance).
