I don't like Shapiro at all. The only individuals from the Daily Wire I like are Brett Cooper and Michael Knowles.

I associate Shapiro with Michael Medved, who I despise.

They're all businessmen. Their ideology is simply a market decision.

But attacking everyone who can remotely help you seems backwards.

Facebook won’t put your material in front of people unless you pay. It’s been a massive problem for companies since Apple App Tracking Transparency. Facebook had to make up for that lost revenue somewhere and so now Facebook pages have to advertise to get the content out there. Organic growth on Facebook in 2024 is basically impossible.

Also Daily Wire has heavily advertised on Facebook for years. It was a huge part of their success early on.

You'd probably be surprised by a lot of things, I guess?

Nothing is organic, dude. Searches on the web, on retail sites... it's 80% weighted to sponsored products/brands.

Social? It's all weighted to paid.

There's a reason Google is a giant company.
There's a reason every single retailer has a retail media arm now.

If you aren't paying to play, you won't be seen. People will ride your keywords to the top.

Edited to add, what you aren't seeing is their ROAS - return on ad spend. That money isn't going into a black hole, they are realizing revenue from this, or they wouldn't be doing it.

You are under the mistaken premise that any of these people can "remotely help me".

After Medved referred to anyone not wanting to take the COVID vaccine as a borderline terrorist, parroting the Jay Inslee talking points, I was done with him.

Shapiro isn't much better.

Any Republican Medved supports I am against.

He’s whiny, not funny, not super charismatic, he just talks really fast. The most friendly I saw him was actually on 2 interviews with Bill Maher.

Wow so you're telling us a political media company boosts its pundits content on social media in 2024? No way!

A new talking point must have gone out today.

Of course no one checks this shite.

That's not actually that much money for an organization like that to spend on ads. I've spent more than that on click throughs. If ROI is there, why wouldn't you?

I knew there was tons of advertising on FB but did not know that people pay to have their posts boosted.

Do boosted posts have "boosted" disclaimer under their posts on FB like promoted tweets on twitter have "promoted" under the tweets?

How?

That's a big revenue generator for pretty much all social media.

No, but they probably say "sponsored"

Sponsored = promoted.

It's easy to tell which conservatives still listen to Ben Shapiro. Their priorities with regard to this country are completely misaligned. He preys on boomers and people who are too lazy to do any thinking for themselves. They delegate the latter to ben
