They were close to death after the election. And as i stated, if they kept up with the derangement, and had nothing to offer other than "Trump's mean", the Democrat party would die.
The Summit solidified their demise. They are now only a regional party. Congrats, lefties. You destroyed yourselves.

Now on to the next enemy. The GOPe. The political establishment of the Right Wing will be exposed and destroyed before Trump's second term is up. And with that, maybe we'll eliminate parties, and start electing people who only want what is best for the country, not their party.

Trump will go down as one of the greatest President's we've ever had, if this pace keeps up.

Democrats think this is some game....my entire family has flipped from former Blue Collar Democrats to Trump Republicans. Keep turning your backs on hard working Americans Democrats and November is going to be a Red Tsunami!!

No. They aren't. People always say the other side is doomed when their own is in power. I've heard it my whole life. And the next tie Democrats take the WH, it will be with a full-on Bernie socialist, and the RINO's will help them pass laws, like they did with Obamacare.

I agree with you somewhat, but eventually these parties will die.
Will we live to see it? Probably not. But if history is an indicator, this
system of government can not be sustained.

I agree that the Democrat Party is not "doomed." However, the radical majority is going to have to split off or come back to reality a bit at some point. Until then, the party is going to lose, lose, and lose some more.

I have no doubt that RINOs will continue to roll over and expose their undersides but no Republican, even the most cucked, voted for obamacare.

It was that bad a piece of legislation.

The poster said, "help pass laws", Roberts ruled on legislation that was already passed by Congress and signed into law by the president.

Roberts is what he is but he is not a legislator.

Bill Clinton is getting really caught up in this Me Too movement. When he goes down then the Democratic Party will shift or dissolve into something else.

I was convinced that the old Blue Dog dems were extinct. It appears that some of them were still out there but were being drowned out by the wacko lib/prog crowd. I won't be surprised at all of Trump gets votes from 70%+ of that segment of the party next election, and the other 30% probably won't vote at all.

This has to happen. Although, I'd like to see the Democrat Party actually lose ground in the elections first.

This is gonna be a fund raising problem. Lots of corporations donated to the Dems as a 'please eat me last' hedge. Now, there's no need to.
The Dems won't be able to survive on Hollywood money

i'm still baffled by maddow's numbers. either the dems are hanging on more than it looks or the ones left are all in for maddow and pumping up those numbers.

i get that lib media overall has terrible numbers but, maddow has good numbers which is mystifying. it's like the dems have all coordinated into that slot.

And yet Hillary got more votes. I fail to see your logic here.
