Why would Obama be crying? Now the worst case scenario leaves in place the spirit of what he set out to accomplish.. And the senate hasnt even watered it down yet. I think it allows states to allow insurers to charge a premium (upcharge, excess, etc.) for those with pre-existing.

Supposedly they can't deny them. Although where that line is drawn and whether they can practically deny them by charging them impossible premiums, who knows.
