Today marks the beginning of the end of the utter FAILURE known forevermore as Obamacare.

Dems: "LOL this is going to really help us win elections again."

TruCons: "Damn baw this plan is going to fail. Why didn't they go with the Rand plan."

Americans everywhere:

Obama:

you know its a good thing because the dems are so pissed about it. I bet they are even more mad about it because it removes Obamas legacy or lack there of.

The hysterics seem so misplaced because Trump probably got only about 10% of what he wanted.

Ryan is still happy because he still has a nice warm cock holster in Trump.

Has anyone actually read the bill and what is changing yet? I would like to get a spin free take on what changes it proposes before i crown it as great legislature personally

This thread should be re-titled "I am an idiot that didn't read the bill I am cheering on, so laugh at me because I am oblivious to the fact it keeps the entire ACA framework in place."

And they're correct.

Dems will bitch and moan no matter what.

I think the two biggest things are it drops the mandate tax to 0% and it leaves it up to states to require insurance companies to cover costumers with pre-existing conditions.

Why would Obama be crying? Now the worst case scenario leaves in place the spirit of what he set out to accomplish.. And the senate hasnt even watered it down yet. We are just pouncing on the narrative so we can shove this bill all the way up the GOP's arse in 2018 since they now own socialized healthcare.

Thats what hasn't been talked about much. Unless this fundamentally transforms the ACA then effectively the GOP has just acquired ownership of a system that they characterize as failing.

Um.... have you checked the polling on the AHCA?

I mean unless you think charging Rape Victims more for Health insurance is something that plays well.

I think it allows states to allow insurers to charge a premium (upcharge, excess, etc.) for those with pre-existing.

Supposedly they can't deny them. Although where that line is drawn and whether they can practically deny them by charging them impossible premiums, who knows.

Obama's legacy is the radical left wing judges that he appointed and the embedding of left wing nuts in the federal government.
