Whenever that is. The left cannot handle itself. Whoever comes after Trump (will be a democrat) will go hog wild, and we will see governors break away.

Think the left is going nuts right now? Wait until they have the power again to do something about it. The entirety of the leftist elements in this country have lost their damn mind. This is not going to be 2008. This is not going to be 1992. When they finally win again (and they will) they won't just have the desire to silence anyone who disagrees with their SJW code, they will have the power to do so.

Governor of Pennsylvania objects to new federal rule mandating everyone conform to some leftist rando issue? Court says "can't compel the state to do so"? Roll out a speech on "The lawless government of Pennsylvania has conspired with XYZ to oppress Americans, the courts have issued illegal rulings, the American people are forced to take extreme measures in the face of this hate speech and oppression by the Governor". Cue the FBI MRAPs rolling up to the Governor's mansion and taking him into custody for "questioning".

We're close. Sadly. We are getting very close to the complete breakdown. Obama will seem like a lifetime ago. The IRS being used to target political opponents was the last step. The next step will be the FBI. The CIA. The replacement of generals with political appointees.

I don't want this. I have a damn family. I won't "gladly pick up arms" to go off and get myself killed and leave my kids with no father. You think this is silly? Fine. Point me out a democracy in history that gets to the point we are at and cools down. We've surpassed the 1960s. We're way past that. The whole nation is desperate to kill each other now.

Could not disagree more wholeheartedly.

Cannot respond because it's all emotion-driven hypothetical drivel

A few years ago I would have read your post and laughed...maybe sent it to a few friends and made fun of it.

Sadly, I actually agree with you now. Crazy times we live in.

Please point out what part in my post was as emo as OP.

Your obsession with me and following me around trying to critique my every word here is really lame.

You're a cartoon character, not a critic. Scurry along now to find you next copypasta thread about why Bannon out is really a good thing.

Some would describe this as a melt, which I've witnessed a lot of in the past week.

I don't doubt it. That's why many of us own firearms. The government (whoever is in charge) has too much power and will try to use it in the future to remove our freedoms.

Calm down. None of that shite will happen. You sound like my grandparents who were convinced Obama was gonna declare himself king 8 years ago.
