is RUSH advocating this?

Or is Rush announcing that TRUMP has announced?

A LOT more detail would help your post out tremendously.

Do not like the choice. Something about it not really appealing.

Rush said that Cruz met for 5 hours yesterday with Trump people including 1 full hour with Trump. The subject was him as Atty Gen.

A lot of BAD people would be headed to jail if Honest Ted were AG. We have the best AG candidates, don't we folks?

I ask this seriously - is this a lateral move or a promotion from Cruz's current political cache? Does it get him closer to becoming president, for example?

Rush said that Trump wants someone who will clean house at the DOJ and Cruz is the guy who can do it.

Well, Hillary went from the congress to a cabinet position to help her presidential prospects.

Unless he becomes a likeable, personable guy to many, this should probably be one of the highwater marks of his career (I see him maybe being majority leader, whip, and super senior).

Well, that is encouraging. We need to make damn well certain that Federal Bureaucrats, particularly those in the DOJ (and IRS) FOLLOW THE LAW. They do not make law but should implement and follow it blindly.

I'd put the EPA right along side with them.

Low Retta Lynch and Eric Holder are going to be his predecessors. Let's think about that for a moment.

Yeah. Why would we want a true conservative who's not empowered by the establishment as AG.
