Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, libtards, but this man isn't going anywhere, and he's only going to grow stronger & stronger. Helluva speech!
Oh, according to the latest available information, ILLEGAL border crossings have now decreased by 73%! And that's pre-wall!
There's a new sheriff in town. Oh, what a difference it makes.

And they will think they are cute saying he didn't build the wall in 100 days...or fix the dumb idiots fricked up healthcare policies in 100 days.
A year from now, trumps approval will be near 60-65% or more.....book it

You are overthinking it.
Obama was lax and didnt push for enforcement.
the illegals know this is a whole knew ball game and aren't attempting as much

Maybe their motivations now are just different. Lack of jobs, increased patrols/raids etc.

Libs and progs are a lost cause.
While they're constantly trying to make their case that President Trump is to incompetent to be President of the United States, he has played a masterful "Jedi mind trick" on the non-believers while becoming leader of this massive space rock.

IF you had to pay a coyote a years pay to smuggle your family across the border, even with the knowledge that coyotes are awful ruthless people, you might reconsider that if you understood that coming here under the current political climate would get you turned away.
Hence the logical decrease in border crossing attempts.

1. Those numbers are probably fabricated.
2. If crossings are down, it would make sense. People come here for a better life. Trump must be making that more difficult for us.

Lack of jobs,

increased patrols/raids etc.

How exactly would one go about counting the number of illegals who make it undetected into the U.S.?
And how exactly would one compare it to prior numbers of illegals who made it safely and undetected into the U.S.?
But that aside, for about three years I've been reading that the number of illegals entering the U.S. was declining. (Still not sure how they know.)
Last question. The 73% discount is compared to exactly when?

Under the Obama administration boarder patrol would make arrest and send the illegals to court, illegals would get processed and sent back out to the streets to be caught again.
That would frustrate border patrol.
Now caught illegals are being deported. The message is getting out that it's now much more difficult to cross the border. Less people are trying. Thus, less arrest.

"As of 2015, more than 2.5 million undocumented persons had been deported by immigration authorities since President Obama took office in 2009, a total which was statistically record-setting. During the two terms of Obama’s predecessor, President George W. Bush, just over 2 million people were deported."
"In the 105 years between 1892 and 1997, the U.S. deported 2.1 million people — meaning that under presidents Bush and Obama, the number of people deported by the U.S. in the course of a century was more than doubled in just 16 years of consecutive presidencies."

On a related note I watched the movie Sicario a couple days ago. Was very good but it could have been longer and allowed for some greater character and plot development. Anyone else seen it?
Funny how the female protagonist is supposed to be the "shite" and turns out to be completely weak. Not sure if she was supposed to represent US Government or what but geez what a dumb count she turned out to be.

They know, how do you think they knew to increase coming before Trump took office?
Plus the ones that are here illegally are scared they are about to get deported.

I hope he never stops.

Less people are trying. Thus, less arrest.
And if we are more strict, a decrease would have to offset the increase in the "catching" of the crossers.
So if we only caught 30 out every hundred people who attempted to to crossed before, and now we catch 60 out of one hundred, then even if attempts were cut in half, it would still result in the same figure.

That is what they have been doing for years.
They had hope under administrations like Bush and Obama, that once here they could build a better life without much risk of losing that new life.
It was a gamble they were willing to take.
Now that an Administration is in power that says they will actually enforce the laws that have been on the books for over 20 years, it has greatly decreased the upside of taking that risk.
