Cartels are paying them to inforce. Some cartel members are concerned what happens to many get over here. Just general info along the border. If you know 100 people from a border town, you hear some very belivible stories.

I have a hard time believing this just because ISIS is so strong in their beliefs that I cant imagine them working for the cartels

Cartels would be idiots ruining their main cash cow, the USA.

I hope I'm wrong & time will only tell. 1st I heard S Texas hands talking about it was 6 months back. That's why I started thread title with, "take it as you will". After hearing it from 3 different hands, my opinion is that the story has legs. I'm generally not the excitable type.

Cartels were beheading people before ISIS was even created. They dont need enforcers
