So until a judge actually rules that someone is a victim of an illegal act you think it is not a big deal and an non-issue. That's just BS to cover up your belief that the ends justify the means. You should read the book, "1984" because that is what the world will be like when people like you are the majority.

When have I ever said that what she did was ok? Just because something was obtained illegally, that doesn't invalidate it (Except in a COURT OF LAW.

Shouldn't the person who committed the illegal act be the one who is held accountable for their own actions not the victim who did nothing illegal?

Do you also think a woman who is raped is partially responsible for being raped because she wore a sexy dress?

Have I not said countless times that the woman who recorded him, if found to have done so illegally, should be held accountable?

Why do you keep using the term illegal when mentioning the victim? Obviously Sterling did nothing illegal here. He may very well be the victim of illegal recording. We aren't talking about a court setting though. Public opinion doesn't have to abide by the Federal Rules of Evidence.

Obviously I never said a woman who is raped is partially responsible. I never said every victim is partially responsible.

What if a man rapes an innocent woman. The cops got evidence on him by illegal means. Maybe they searched his house without a warrant. It's clear as day though that he did rape her. The man's name gets released to the public in the news. The public shouldn't give a damn that he raped that woman because the evidence was obtained illegally?

They don't?

Just because the team drafts someone doesn't mean they have to play for that team.

Sure, this is was a business decision made by the NBA, but it's more than that too. Bottom line is that since the OJ trial nearly 20 years ago the act of a white uttering N word (see Mark Furhman) is more egregious to the public mind than the crime of murder.

Pretty sure that if he isn't traded after being drafted, aka Eli Manning, then he sits out without a paycheck.

If the police obtained the evidence illegally doesn't it make the presiding judge and jury look worse if they convict and punish the person based solely on evidence that was obtained illegally rather than if they convict and punish the person based on evidence that was obtained legally?
