Can't believe he didn't veto it when he had the chance. What a joke.

choke - is what this MF did. (just like u)

The shyster has done next to nothing since getting to DC but leave the place, put more shysters in charge of shite they shouldn't be in charge of, and now he's just ok'ed corporate spying on everyone. Swamp water must agree with the bastard. He's certainly forgot about draining it, locking her up, and actually fixing health care. Didn't he promise there was plan to fix all three of these? Guess he's going the bankruptcy route to gut healthcare? Officially move the White House to a real swamp in South Florida? (so no one will notice the stench) And promise to do the other promise... in his next term?

Of course now the DEm's can just pay ATT, Verizon, or whomever to find out whom-all in Russia he's been to bed with.

Net neutrality is essentially a policy that requires ISPs treat packets from each website equally. Trump and the GOP have at least hinted at a repeal of this rule which would effectively allow ISPs to charge to receive priority service.

Overall in a free market this wouldn't be an issue, but due to numerous state and local regulations which severely limit or completely kill the free market for ISPs, it will allow ISPs to further profit off of their monopolies.

It will allow ISP's to sell the internet the same way they do cable tv. Channel packages will be website access packages. Oh you want access to the sports sites....that'll be an extra $15.99/month. Not only that but websites that can not afford to pay to play will vanish. websites like TD would have never come to exist in a world without net neutrality.

This and the big boys Comcast, ATT, Cox, etc. are taking massive hits in the pocketbooks because of cutting the cord mentalities taking over. Ramping up internet costs is there last hope to increase their margins. Because billions of dollars isn't enough they need 100s of billions of dollars.

What a ridiculous comment. The accusations against Obama's administration are very serious. It's no longer political theater when the president is accused of using our country's intelligence agencies to tamper with a presidential election and then using his office to undermine his successor's legitimacy.

Bush didn't veto a bill until two years into his second term. He only vetoed one bill when the Republicans were in power from 2000-2006. I have a feeling Trump is going to be very much the same. He's going to rubber stamp every bill that crosses his desk.

Actually signing this bill is less government. ISPs now have more freedom.

I certainly believe in small government, that doesn't mean I oppose every regulation as a matter of principle.

It was big government at the state and local level that got us in this mess and unless and until we can fix that, net neutrality is the "smallest" way to protect consumers.

Good. It undoes a law created by obama that was nothing but cronyism to help Google, Facebook, etc.

All this does is return us to 2016. Were you complaining then?
