Becoming solvent is painful(we will never get there), but these are things that can't keep getting kicked down the road.
When my opportunities for sales contract due to the economy I have to make cuts and some of it is not fun.
This is reality and if you can't get past the emotional aspect of the cuts then you will continue to start these shitty threads.
