It don't matter who gets credit or what actually happened...all that matters is we have a President more than willing to go to bat for American workers...no matter what...and that is the stuff that commie labor leaders could only dream of just a month ago.
It is all about perception....nothing else matters....now that Trump has taken credit for saving these jobs he will have no choice but to do the same for ALL Americans!!!! And I for one have always thought that he was sincere about this issue...because he is, with all of his warts and blemishes, a blue collar billionaire...
Y'all have been saying for years that Labor Unions were no longer needed....and there is nothing more true than that statement today....the GOP is now lead by a man who has established precedent that he will do something that labor leaders last month could only secretly dream of....but he will find it difficult not to do so at least in the majority of similar cases...tarifs alone will create millions of jobs...but tarifs were unthinkable just a month ago because we were all in on free trade and globalism....that is no longer the case!!! We are all going to have to change the way we think based on our brave new reality...and if we do it right we will be better than we ever were!!!!

Good. In a good deal both sides think they won. Trump got what he needed- saved jobs and getting credit for it. Carrier got what they needed, enough incentive to keep jobs here.
CNN can spin all they want. The same working class folks that put Trump in office see what happened with Carrier. All they know is Obama said "those jobs are going away forever, learn a new skill". And Trump, before he has been sworn in, saved a plant closure.
