Yep must be true. They asked the Democrat congressman from New York his thoughts. White house said this is 100% not true. My god so this is what we must deal with now. FML. Sorry guys but I can't watch this shite anymore. No links. No sources. Rant over everyone have a good weekend.

I wonder how many contingency plans for different situations are on paper in the White House?
I wonder how many are on paper under different administrations that never saw the light of day?

I'll just leave this right here....
Homeland Security on AP’s National Guard: ‘Absolutely Incorrect’
quote:
The Department of Homeland Security is roundly condemning an Associated Press story that broke Friday morning about considering the use of the National Guard to “round up” undocumented immigrants. The DHS says that isn’t true, and—contra the AP’s reporting—that DHS Secretary John Kelly didn’t write the draft memo. “The Department is not considering mobilizing the National Guard,” said Gillian Christensen, the acting press secretary for DHS.

If you want to discredit an organization then feed it fake news knowing they will report it then blast them for it. These are tactics used by the Kremlin in other countries. The American people, specifically Trump supporters, are getting played big time right now. Media too of course. They know they are very gullible and will hang on every word this guy says. It's really amazing how many people can't think for themselves and worship other human beings this way. Think we've seen this before in the past....

Are you actually giving the media a pass for publishing a story without verifying its true?

No shite. If they keep obtaining real information it's a good way to find out how too.

There it is...
It's been used in every country for god knows how long.
Used regularly in the private sector here too. Start a business...

Stop with the "American people are so naive...blah, blah, blah...".
Trump supporters know exactly what they are doing and as long as President Trump does what they elected him to do there is no reason for them not to want him as their leader.
Whatever he does will be done constitutionally so it's too bad if you don't like what he does.

He's pretty high and mighty. Thinks he has it all figured out and everyone is being played but him, including the media.
He tries to do this in every thread too. The same could be said about every population and administration in US history though.
Yeah we saw this in 2008 too with "change" and "hope." Yet more AAs are on welfare, less are in the work force, race relations haven't improved, and AA and Police tension has only risen since.

i'm not sure what's being disputed here. what's fake?
it's not like the document is falsified. DHS has admitted that it is a memo written by someone at DHS for consideration at DHS.

But contrary to Spicer’s claim, DHS confirmed the existence of the memo — a version of which was circulated by Time and Vox. David Lapan, the department’s spokesman, emailed me to say, “the story is inaccurate,” but he admitted the memo was very real.
“We do memos for all kinds of things,” he said. “The process is the staff would prepare a memo like this, the secretary’s name is on it in the draft because ultimately he will approve and sign it when it gets to that point—some are reporting that because his name is on the memo that he either drafted the memo, authored it or approved it, and none of that’s true.” Lapan claimed the memo was drafted by staff, but wouldn’t specify how senior the staff.

It doesn't matter now. It'll be talked about all week as if it's true with a brief under the breath caveat of "reports denied by the administration" to cover their asses.

Trump caught himself another leaker.
Posted on 2/17/17 at 6:21 pm to FLBooGoTigs1
My thoughts on this are that Trump actually leaked it to see who is a leaky faucet and who is not. I suspect he has found the leak and terminated that person accordingly.

Exactly. I don't know how many stupid "good idea fairies" I had to deal with working on CONPLANs (Contingency Plans) when I was at USAREUR in Germany. Most people would be amazed about what kind of dumbass ideas percolate up to upper levels of government...but thankfully they're squashed. Just like this dumb idea was.
ETA: Second post of yours I've had to agree with. Damnit.

I guarantee the administration intentionally passed out bogus info to find to rat out the leakers

Not so fast....
'President Donald Trump’s administration labeled The Associated Press’s reporting on a leak “100 percent false” on Friday morning, only to acknowledge less than an hour later that the story was based on a real document.'
What a shite show.

It's 100 percent false this is a policy or plan of the Trump administration.
How do you not understand that?
