So does Trump negotiate BO into NOT pardoning HC?

that is a deal i would like to see.

I think it would be entertaining to see Hilary pardoned. Anyone who is pardoned has to accept or reject the pardon. If she accepts, she admits to doing wrong, which I don't think her pride will let her do. If she doesn't accept, then she's going to be indicted and is f'ed.

Trump isn't going to prosecute her.

There is nothing Trump wouldn't give to have Barry pardon her and take it off his plate.

Trump should stay out of it. It's up to Obama if he wants to pardon her. That's our system.

Oh I have no doubt she would except the pardon. She would probably just say something like she doesn't want to be a distraction for the next administration.

I'm hoping that keystone/Obamacare deal didn't cost us the chance of seeing justice served.

Doesnt she have to be arrested to be pardoned?

You can't pardon someone who has not yet been charged with a crime. There are no future pardons or pardons of conduct which may be charged later.

No, Nixon wasn't arrested

Freedom of Press.
With that said, everyone of the media outlets that trashed Trump, and still are trashing him, would get one word answers every time they'd ask a question.

lol at you people that think for 1'minute that Trump is going to allow his 1st term to get mired down in a divisive and nasty fight with Secretary Clinton
I agree that she deserves to be in jail
But it's not going to happen
The sooner y'all wrap your heads around this fact, the happier you'll be...

Actually, a Pardon by BHO would do an incredible amount of long- term damage to the DNC. It's an admission of guilt and it proves that Democrats are above the law.
President Ford pardoned Nixon and the damage is still there.

BHO would have to prosecute first, right?

He probably told him he wouldn't completely destroy his obama care if he left HC without a pardon and he approved the pipeline.

Nobody's saying he has to aggressively pursue it.
Just sit back and let your DoJ/FBI do their jobs the way they're supposed to and let the chips fall where they may.
Anything else gives off the impression that there are indeed two sets of rules and that she's above the law.

How would Ears pardon someone who is not charged or convicted of a crime?

They really don't teach history or civics any more.
