That's a pretty big and wildly hopeful assumption. "POC" don't produce good societies. Anywhere
So, if your definition of "good" is "successful at building rich nations by exploiting the land and backs of POCs", then yeah, white people have done a damned fine job of that. And on the flip side, I'd imagine it's hard to maintain a stable society when other people come in and rob you of your land, property, and dignity. It can take a while to recover from that, if it ever happens.
