That's my contention and the FDA even states that the difference between BioNTech-Pfizer and Comiranty is a "legal distinction". I have been challenged on this assertion and admittedly I still cannot fully describe the "legal distinction". Pharmaceutical law is out of my expertise.

That link is terribly confusing. These two statements on the first page. Sounds like different drugs. One is approved one isn't. But both are Pfizer BioNtech

Employers nationwide are using the FRAUDULENT FDA approval as an excuse to implement the vaccine mandate. But, the only vaccine available to the public is only approved for emergency use.
This is going to lead to some massive lawsuits.

Yeah, that other vaccine one by bio whatever is approved. They keep switching words around in documents to make it seem like Pfizer is. But it isn't. There was lots of discussion on it.
